James 4:8
"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."
God's invitation is clear: if you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you. This is not a distant promise but an intimate exchange. When we approach God with sincere hearts—through prayer, worship, and obedience—we position ourselves to experience His presence in profound ways. The condition is simple: draw near. The promise is certain: He will respond.
If you draw near to God, then He will draw near to you.
Lord, I choose to draw near to You today. Help me to seek Your face with sincerity and devotion. Thank You for the promise that You will meet me where I am.
